As someone who has been renting a whole series of beige voids for 20+ years, I have finally found myself in a position to do permanent decorations and alterations to my living space. This will be my repository for images and travel-logs for my descent into fantasy-Victorian-dark-academia home design.
I realize I’m probably years late to various trends at this point.
I also realize that doesn’t actually matter. The whole goal of remaking my living space to the imagined dream is to live my own dream and bring it into physical reality in some form or another. Not much reason in continuing to make my long term dwellings temporary when it doesn’t have to be. No longer shall I live in fear of a bit of paint. The time to fill my life with vibrant colors is now, regardless of how successful I may or may not be at home remodeling. Join me in this attempt at design.
